Windows Client Install Instructions & Help

  1. Double-click on the install file you downloaded. It is most likely located in your downloads folder beginning with "view-client."
  2. Click Agree.
  3. Drag the VMware Horizon View Client icon to the Application Folder icon to Install.
  4. Locate the icon for VMware Horizon View Client and double-click to launch the application..
  5. Enter the address Remote.PhoenixChildrens.com into the Connection Server field and click Connect.
  6. Type in your Username and Password and click Login.
  7. Select your Desktop Pool to now be Connected.
