Windows Client Install Instructions & Help

After your download initiates you should see a box appear similar to the below images or a seperate window may appear. Save and then Run the file.


  1. 1. When the setup page opens, click Agree & Install.
  2. Wait for install to complete.
  3. Once Installation is completed Click Finish.
  4. Click Restart Later to complete installation.
  5. Now that you have completed the installation locate the VMWare Horizon Client on your desktop and double click it.
  6. Click on the Add Server button.
  7. Enter Remote.Phoenixchildrens.com into the Connection Server field if it is not already entered and then click Connect.
  8. Type your credentials into the User Name and Password field and click Login.
  9. Select your Desktop Pool to now be Connected.
